浙江温州人,教授,硕士生导师,毕业于北京师范大学心理学部发展与教育心理学专业。中国心理学会校园欺凌与暴力专业委员会委员、浙江省心理卫生协会青少年心理卫生专委会委员、温州医科大学心理卫生中心校园欺凌预防和干预研究中心负责人,温州市551第三层次人才和浙江省家庭教育讲师团成员。近年来在国内核心期刊及国外SCI/SSCI发表文章10余篇,参编教材两部。主持完成省级课题3项、市厅级课题10项,在研省级课题1项。招收应用心理学专业型硕士研究生。
